Unfitted stock
30-day returns on unfitted stock, in its original condition and packaging. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange collection or accept a return to the factory.
A canopy that has been fitted to a vehicle is not unfitted stock. Once it has been on the tub it has been drilled to nothing but it has been handled, sealed and adjusted to that vehicle.
Faulty or not as described
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
Cancelling an order
A pre-order can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund of the deposit. We hold a container position rather than a unit, so cancelling costs you nothing.
